Safari in Kenya and Tanzania Itinerary

Day 1ARRIVAL IN NAIROBI

Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Smile View Kenya Safaris representative will meet and greet you, then transfer you to a hotel for your refreshment and overnight stay before you embark on your Safari in Kenya and Tanzania.

Day 2AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK | MT.KILIMANJARO

Depart after breakfast for Amboseli National Park at the base of soaring, snowcapped Mount Kilimanjaro. Set out in search of its spectacular wildlife African, savannah red-elephants, leopards, cheetahs, and abundance of plains game roaming freely in swamps, springs, and shimmering dried lakebed. This evening, enjoy a sumptuous welcoming dinner with fellow guests. Overnight spend at AA LODGE / Nyati Safari Camp for budget travellers..

Day 3AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK | ELEPHANTS & FLAMINGOES PARADISE

Spend a whole day exploring wildlife-rich Amboseli National Park, keeping watch for the “Big Five” – mighty lions, buffalo, leopard, rhinos, and herd of elephants. Enjoy the Morning and afternoon game drives with a break for lunch; visit the Amboseli swamps for the pink flamingoes in large numbers. Elephant Research Centre for insight about elephant family structure and life cycle.  | Kimana Camp | Nyati Safari Camp.

Day 4 LAKE MANYARA PARK | ABUNDANT GAME VIEWING

After breakfast, drive to the border of Kenya Tanzania Safari for immigration formalities, and temporary visa issuance the continuing to Lake Manyara National Park. Lake Manyara Park lies within the Great Rift Valley eco-system with beautiful sightings of elephants, baobab trees, and prolific birdlife. Bougainville lodge / Eilleen tree lodge.

Day 5NGORONGORO CRATER | WILDLIFE-RICH HAVEN

Descend the crater-floor after breakfast for the better-part of the day. Explore the crater till late afternoon. Have a picnic lunch, then later ascend crater to your lodge which nestled on the crater rim. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro rhino lodge / bougainville lodge

Day 6Serengeti National Park

Drive to Serengeti National Park via Olduvai Gorge for a privately guided rich-archaeological tour. Have a 3 night stay here to explore the Magic of Serengeti. The vast Tanzanian landscape hosts one of earth’s last remaining wildlife spectacles: the annual Great Migration, with a staggering number of herbivores trek across the Serengeti plains. Dinner and overnight at Osero tented Camp.

Day 9SERENEGETI - MASAI MARA

Depart after breakfast  for the Masai Mara then  proceed for a game drives en-route to your lodge or tented accommodations. Have an afternoon game drive up to the Mara River to see crocodiles bask in the sun; hippos as they wallow in muddy water; and monkeys jumping from canopies above. Dinner and overnight at AA lodge Mara / Jambo Mara Lodge. Budget travellers Miti mingi Camp or Lenchada Camp.

Day 10MASAI MARA GAME RESERVE | JEWEL OF AFRICA

Full day exploring the open savanna, woodlands, and tree-fringed rivers of the Masai Mara, with plenty of cats-animal unique sightings: leopards that retrieve kills from acacia branches high above, or herd of a lion can hold you, hostage, as they use the vehicle shadow to escape the midday heat. Game viewing is never dull in the Masai Mara, especially when the dramatic annual Great Migration unfolds. Keep your eyes trained for elephant, zebra, and lion sightings, as well as a variety of gazelle species. Amid stunning scenery and inspiring wildlife, see Maasai men traverse the plains or herd goats and cattle. 

DAY 11MASAI MARA - LAKE NAKURU FLAMINGO PARADISE

After breakfast checkout of your lodge and proceed to Lake Nakuru National park. upon arrival check into your lodge for lunch then proceed for an evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at WCK guest house or Lake Nakuru Lodge.

DAY 12LAKE NAKURU - LAKE NAIVASHA

Enjoy an a morning game drive then proceed to Lake Naivasha. Upon arrival check into your camp for Lunch then and rest the proceed for a boat ride in Lake Naivasha thereafter and a visit to crescent Island. aacoommodation at crescent Camp Naivasha.

DAY 13.LATST DAY OF YOUR SAFARI IN KENYA AND TANZANIA

Checkout of your Hotel drive back to Nairobi with a brief stopver at the riftvalley view point to take some photos. Once in Nairobi you will enjoy then proceed to the Airport to catch you flight back home with an album of Memories.
